How to Make an SD Card Work Again

I brought my digital camera with me when my friends and I spent a few days in Brazil a month ago. However, it was only a while ago when I decided to upload the photos and have these posted in my social networking sites. But why is my sd card not working? My friends are already waiting for the pictures and they are all excited to see the images and reminisce about the beautiful sceneries of Brazil, especially its beaches. In fact, they are already calling me and sending me text messages to inquire on when I will have the photos ready. I need to find out how to make this memory card work again. I am already planning to get in touch to its manufacturer and seek advice from them as to how I can make the memory card work. I cannot afford to lose the pictures we have on it. Mine was the only camera that we brought for the said vacation and I am certain that my friends will get disappointed if we don’t recover the pictures.
