The issue of parental rights is not as complicated as we tend to think. The law has separated all parental rights according to the way they should appear and anyone interested in learning about these rights can easily understand them. We have various rights that have been prioritized by the law, which are rights to choose what type of food your child should eat, where the child will live, which religion the child will belong to especially when parents belong to different religions, which school the child will attend to and the kind of education they will attain and the clothing the child will wear. Parents should agree on these major issues because they are the ones which triggers so many disagreements at homes. The rights of parents should not be a case of commotion between the parents, it should in fact trigger peace and harmony at home. As long as parents learn to respect the rights of their partners then there will be no disagreements at home. Parents should also consider the welfare of their children as they make these decisions.
