Being in the delivery business requires a lot of material responsibility and that includes covering for losses incurred by delayed or lost items for delivery. Sometimes there are situations that are beyond our control and these can cause the delay in the arrival of your deliveries. One way to pacify an unhappy customer is to at least provide them with accurate information on the whereabouts of their items.
By installing a gps tracking device you can determine the exact location of your delivery vehicle and even predict their time of arrival at their point of destination. In case of delays caused by road side accidents or engine failure, you would be able to send a rescue team immediately to their location. If the delay is caused by hijacking, with the tracking device you can inform the police on where to locate and retrieve your goods.
